News July 2010: Abstract animation Fluid Drive selected by Oakland Museum of California and the Oakland International Airport for its program of video art presented on the airport's Media Wall in the Terminal 2. This large format video array of 18 video monitors displays works by Bay Area artists representing the diversity and vibrancy of the Oakland and Bay Area region. October 2008: Video projection of a Victrolux stylized fashion animation designed for fashion designers Verrières & Sako's trunk show at Frey Norris Gallery, San Francisco, CA. October 2008: The Oakbook website references Great Wall projection of Victrolux animation. April-May 2008: A show of limited edition prints at Right Angle Salon in the Rockridge neighborhood of Oakland, CA. Limited editions of 20 archival Giclée prints are available. Images include portraits, landscapes, abstracts, pets and sports images; styles ranging from realist to wildly abstracted. Mostly derived from photography; some from experimental animation. December 2007: Studio Artist user Victor Ingrassia has a show of art prints at the Keter Salon in Berkeley, CA. Limited editions of 20 archival Giclée prints are available. Here's a mention of the show on the Studio Artist blog. December 7, 2007: Large scale, outdoor projection of Victrolux animation at the Art Murmur first Friday gallery & cultural venue walk. The Cultural Arts Division of the City of Oakland in collaboration with Metrovation and Signature Properties will project Victrolux animation as part of their year in review "Greatest Hits" program at an open house at the Broadway Grand condos. October 2007: Victrolux animation projected at the second annual Oakland Arts Clash, a showcase of live music, dance and visual arts by Oakland artists. Produced by Electric Vandals, the event is a benefit for youth arts programs at The Malonga Casquelourd Center for the Arts. October 2007: Created high-color, super-simplified cartoon style animation using video from Martin Brinkerhoff Associates for a project for Korn/Ferry International. Working with urban exterior and interior office footage. September 2007: Developing visual resources for a yet to be announced production from Emissary Productions. More info in early 2008. Hyper-stylized dance, sports, fashion and abstract texture video fill multiple plasma screens throughout "the Cube" retail environment.
